We want you to love your FunkyNChunky purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in their original condition
- include all original packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item or colour, please contact us before returning your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty or sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
